| WOMEN THE TIME IS NOW is a playbook centred on drawing women's attention and redirecting their focus on the family with the understanding that family is the fabric of the society. Therefore, we should work on building it intentionally through diligence, dedication and commitment. To achieve this enormous task, women must learn to create a wholesome family and stable kids by the application of work-life balance. Significant percentage or virtually every child (world leaders, industry leaders, teachers, armed robbers, prostitutes, corrupt leaders, etc.) in the world was housed, nurtured and raised by a woman. Therefore, the role of a woman and her contributions to nation-building through human capital as an asset cannot be overemphasized. Women are like salt; their presence may not be noticed, but their absence makes everything tasteless. |
