don't die a lion in the cage

Abiodun is someone one can described as comfortable by some; a well paying job, property in his name, good connections and a loving family, yet he lacks something. Despite the fact that everyone sees him as successful, his inner voice would not be quiet nor leave him alone. He is hurt and unfulfilled. Instead of relishing in his achievements, he feels empty and is in need of help. His spirit and soul seek expression and everyone around him is oblivious of all these – family, friends and colleagues. The allegory within this story is an eye opener and it teaches a great deal on the price of freedom and inner satisfaction. Did Abiodun follow through on his choice or he lingers on...? Find out from DON’T DIE A LION IN THE CAGE.

the edge

Mother Worm advised her son, Wriggle, to construct an underground home beneath the green grass, but he gave flimsy excuses. She knew that below the grass was a good place to stay to hunt for food without getting noticed by preys. After all her pleas, he disagreed. Ant, the next door wise neighbour called her son in order to advise him and probably convince him. The Ant obliged and sought to have an audience with Wriggle. Wriggle gladly accepted Ant’s invitation to see him because Ant had been a very good neighbour. Read to find out lessons learnt from the ant and the worm.

wisdom directions to making life count

It is a book that contains four basic wisdom principles, which can make life count if followed. They are woven in the pages of the scriptures and are able to make one wise. Wisdom does what it does best – to give life direction, because it is the principle thing in all human acquisition. This book establishes that life has an expiry date; no one gets to live for life. We all came at a time, and at another time, we will go, hence we must live a life that matters before our final exit. The life we have is a function of God’s grace; hence, we must live on purpose. In the world we live in, despite the fact that it is seriously perverted, discipline remains a hallmark of God-life. The systems of the world accommodate lasciviousness, but through discipline, we get to be molded and guided. Another principle is to honour God; honouring God makes life count. Those who honour Him, He honours back. The last of the principles shared in the book is that to live a life that counts, you must grow in knowledge because one cannot grow more one knows.

dear millennial

Dear Millennial contains insightful and spiritual thoughts for young people of this generation.

don't mess me up

The central theme in this book is love. It is one of the subjects that has been misinterpreted, wrongly and grossly misrepresented in the community of men. This subject in question is made complex by the corruptness of the human nature, the complexities of human activities and worldly corrosive system. So simple, yet made complex; so clear, yet misconstrued, not only verbally, but also in attitude and lifestyle. Do not get me wrong! It is not love that is perverted; it is the meaning that is distorted. Enshrined in the cosmos are the self-centered feelings, reasoning, and actions towards selfish satisfaction most of the time and these are the particles we have taken as the meaning of love. Don’t Mess Me Up is a clarion call to the world to see love as it truly is as against what we have wrongly interpreted it to be, and these features are grossly drawn from the Holy Book. Again, we are to find out that love is a person. He is not just a feeling. He lives. Fanatical? Undeniably, there is the human side to the nature of love.

greedy heady

let’s talk attitude

Attitude is a major factor on how we respond to the major circumstances in our lives; it opens the door for God’s transforming work with full effects; it is the outward reflections of our internal emotions. LET’S TALK ATTITUDE reveals that God is so much concerned about our attitude as much as he is concerned about our soul. The prosperity of the soul has a connection with our attitude. God is battling for the human soul and so is Satan. Whoever controls your soul controls you. The battle doesn’t stop when you speak in tongues or when we pray in plain language, it does not finish when we read the scriptures or fast. It is a continuous thing as long as we live. God’s paramount desire is to see that we are preserved blameless for Jesus’ return. The way we think, the way react and how we live our lives are just a reflection of the attitude which is part of our lives.

natural nurturer

Mother, motherhood, and mothering are defined in many ways in today’s world, but the word mother encompasses a woman’s eternal roles, her divine identity, and it describes her nature as a nurturer. With this perspective, women mother not only by giving physical life to a child but also by nurturing those around them. There is nowhere in the world you’ll have the continuity of life without nurturing. Everyone belongs to a family, and every family needs to be strengthened, protected, and nurtured. No matter her current family situation, each woman has responsibility to strengthen families—her own and those she can influence. Natural Nurturer some of the qualities of a woman, the natural nurturer, in question. You’ll also get to find out how she is a blessing to the world and world will be like without her, especially, in the light of the Scripture.
