Elekwachi Aaron Chisom

ELEKWACHI, Aaron Chisom has been listed in the Top 30 under 30 global change-makers during the 2022 OD Impact Challenge and was also named amongst the Top 10 Entrepreneurs in Nigeria during the Ugwumba Entrepreneurship Challenge (2021 edition). He is a Blended Marketing expert, an IT Network Analyst and a Business Development professional with experience across different sectors like, Agriculture, Politics, Media, and presently, Telecommunications. Aaron is a dynamic leader who has worked with prestigious governmental, semigovernmental, and nonprofit organizations. He is an entrepreneur par excellence with a flair for effective, strategic decision-making by means of innovative thinking. He has consulted for different international companies, including the Chinese Solar company, N.K Solar based in Foshan City, China. Previously, Aaron Elekwachi served as a Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Executive Chairman of Ikwuano Local Government Area, Abia State (2020-2022) and briefly acted as a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State during the heat of 2023 Nigerian general elections. He distinguished himself by carrying out major reforms which improved the effectiveness of Information dissemination in Ikwuano LGA and Abia State at large. He is renowned as the first Blended Marketing Expert to name a Virtual Top-up (VTU) website after his state of origin, Abia State. As a Non-Executive Director in National Mobile Network (NAMNET) Enterprises, the Telecommunication business has gone through so many transformations since its formation in July 2021 as he provides Strategic Direction, Risk Management and Performance Review for the business, moving its official website from www.aarontelecoms.com in 2021 to www.abiaplug.com in 2022 and www.fastplug.com.ng in 2023. Beyond been famed for his business prowess, Aaron Elekwachi is also well known for his volunteering activities since 2019, devoting his time and skills to numerous Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in different regions of Nigeria. Presently, he volunteers his time as a communication officer to the Association for Icon Breeders and Life Changing Empowerment (AILIFE). He graduated Summa cum laude with a B. LIS degree in Information Science from Delta State University (class of 2018) and is presently enrolled for his master's degree in Information Technology at National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
