Women to Watch will be a collection of essays written by past honorees of the Business Insurance Women to Watch recognition program reflecting on significant issues that have affected, or will continue to affect, womens career advancement over the next decade. In their essays, the women will be asked to share their personal experiences with and offer solutions to help women overcome career impediments. Among the issues that will be addressed are: The Glass Ceiling The wage gap Work/life balance Changing demographics, and Feminization of the workforce The essays and anecdotes in Women to Watch will both pay tribute to previous honorees and inform and inspire other women who are looking to advance their careers despite inequities and obstacles.
