unfairly labeled: how your workplace can benefit from ditching generational stereotypes

Generational Issues has Issues challenges the very concept of generational differences by arguing that conventional wisdom around generations is nothing more than stereotype and unfair judgment. There are 80 million Millennials in America. The only thing they have in common is a 20-year-wide age similarity. It is unreasonable to assume that those 80 million people are motivated by the same things, attracted to the same things, and should be dealt with in the same way. The book acknowledges that even if generational stereotypes are wrong, they still exist. Generational Issues outlines how different generations can deal with their stereotypes in order to take back control of peoples perception of them, and will include an assessment which can be used to facilitate intergenerational understanding sessions
