Omilola Oshikoya

Omilola Oshikoya is first known as the Father’s Daughter. Her life’s goal is to be a reflection of her Father, Jesus, just like the sunflower is the reflection of the sun. She is happily married to her best friend John Olugbenga Oshikoya and they are blessed with three beautiful children. Omilola Oshikoya is Africa’s wealth connoisseur with over 15 years’ experience in finance/investment banking. Omilola’s mission is to inspire millenials to live the “Richer Life” & to help create wealth and eradicate poverty in Africa through a tool she created called “The Hand of Wealth” which focuses on five areas, what true wealth is, how to create wealth (business/entrepreneurship), how to manage & grow wealth (personal finance) & how to use wealth. She does this through her brands, “The Fathers Daughter” “Do It Afraid”, “PocketFinance” and The Richer Kids Club. Omilola Oshikoya is the founder of Omilola Oshikoya International (OOI), a life & finance coaching company. In 2015, OOI held its first conference called the “Do It Afraid” conference at Civic Centre. The theme was “A moth or a butterfly which would you rather be? In 2016, the first entrepreneurship workshop was held & the theme was “Agribusiness the next frontier”. The workshop aimed to showcase the business opportunities in agribusiness in Nigeria even in a recession. The second “Do It Afraid” Conference held in December 2016 and the theme was “The Flourishing Palm tree and its process”. The third conference was held in December 2017 with the theme “The Promise of the Rainbow”. As a result hundreds of millennials have been inspired to start their own business even in a recession thereby creating wealth and job opportunities. OOI held its first international event in London, in 2017. A UK certified life coach, Omilola is the author of The Richer™Woman and a contributor to a book called the “Money Book”. In 2017, The Richer™Woman was launched in different cities such as the London, Lagos, Abuja, Accra, Kenya, Dubai, Johannesburg, Maryland, New York and Atlanta and has been read in countries as far as Australia, Ireland etc. The book was on the Channels Television Book Clubs top 20 Nigerian books for 2017. In 2018, the french version of the book, La Femme La Plus Riche was launched in Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire. Omilola is also a co-host for a talk show titled, “The Heart of the Matter”, which airs in 44 African Countries including the United Kingdom. Omilola was listed among the 2017 Powerlist Women supporting Women and the Ynaija & Leading Ladies Africa 100 most inspiring women in Nigeria in 2016. She was also a mentor under the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship program and was an independent monitor under the Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria Programme. In 2017 she became an ambassador of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
