Oyenwen Oghagbon

Oyenmwosa Oghagbon popularly known as O.y. Oghagbon is a graduate of English and Literature from the University Of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria and the C.E.O of Emeralds Designs, the foremost interior and costume Design Company in Edo State, Nigeria. Her foremost literary work, In Ekiti Land…, was published in 2006 as a serving corps member in Ekiti State. She wrote the book as her own contribution to national development but turned out a huge success and got the recognition of the Ekiti State Government as a landslide achievement in the area of tourism. Her patriotic spirit and commitment to love for nature and beauty resulted in the various articles which have been published. Having pioneered her own business in 2008, she has been involved in the skills acquisition and capacity building of young women within her region. “The business of interior design” is a classic. The language is simple and the style is contemporary. Miss Oyenmwosa Oghagbon believes in the new way of doing things, an inspiration to look inwards always and the belief that success can be achieved no matter the circumstance of one’s existence.
