Ayodele Awi is an innovative and dynamic personality who has provided much needed capacity building programs to individuals and corporate organisation for improved workplace productivity and organisational performance. His efforts have directly translated into measurable improvement in personal effectiveness, workplace efficiency, and increased access to global opportunities for many young people. He is a recipient of several awards and has been nominated for many others having impacted thousands of young Nigerians through his career development programs at Career Drive Academy which he founded in 2013 to promote career education for productivity amongst young people particularly those from low income families. He is also a member of several national and international organisations. In 2019, he became an Orange Knowledge Program Scholar through Nuffic, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Netherlands. Prior to that he was also pre-selected for Chevening Scholarship, the Australia Awards and as an alternate candidate for YALI Mandela Washington Fellowship in US. In 2013, his profile was published on oneyoungworld.com and his abstract was published at the 17th ICASA Conference in Cape Town, South Africa. He published his first book, STEER YOUR FUTURE in 2014.
